Great Products Don't Always Win It’s amazing to see businesses in commodity segments trying to win on the basis of price. Such an attempt is tantamount to rat racing because even if you win, you are still a rat. As a matter of fact, doing business in today's fast paced world require more than going to the market with an excellent product (Great products don't always win). Beyond great products, what is your unique value proposition? You must pursue a HIGHER PURPOSE!   User Experience (UX) It's not what you do but how you do it.
